Information Officer.

As a sole-director private body, the Information Officer personally handles all PAIA and POPIA functions — there is no Deputy Information Officer.

Requesting access.

  • Complete Form 2 (Request for Access to Record), available from the Information Regulator's website.
  • Submit the completed form to the Information Officer by email or post.
  • A requester must show the record is required for the exercise or protection of a right (section 50 of PAIA).
  • The Information Officer will respond within 30 days of a compliant request.
